This course introduces learners to the world of beverages in the hospitality and food service industry. Over four weeks, participants will explore the classification, characteristics, and production of various beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The program also covers storage, handling, service techniques, and the legal and ethical aspects of beverage management. By the end of the course, learners will gain practical knowledge and skills to enhance customer satisfaction and apply professional beverage service standards in hospitality settings.
